🎓 Undergraduate (UG) Assessment

  • Marking Scale: Undergraduate assessments are graded on a scale from 0% to 100%. The pass mark is set at 40%.
  •  Grade Descriptors:
    • 90–100%: Outstanding
    • 80–89%: Excellent
    • 70–79%: Very Good
    • 60–69%: Good
    • 50–59%: Fair
    • 40–49%: Adequate (Pass)
    • 30–39%: Unsatisfactory
    • 20–29%: Poor

    • 0–9%: Extremely Poor
  • Module Marking: Each module is assessed individually, and marks are awarded based on specific criteria outlined in the assessment brief.
  • Feedback: Students receive feedback on assessments within 15 working days of the submission deadline, excluding weekends and holidays. This feedback is provided through the university’s online platform, Blackboard.
